Have You Read The User’s Manual At least?

 We as human beings are the most evolved creature on the planet and already at top of the world, not because we are ahead of somebody, but just because of the way we manifested here as a life...

We can call ourselves the most comfortable generation ever, we can call ourselves the smartest generation ever but can we claim ourselves as the happiest generation ever?

NO

This is just because nature has given us the most sophisticated gazettes (Body, Mind) but hasn’t read the user’s manual. And as the consequence, humanity is suffering from all the self-created issues like stress, anxiety, fear of suffering which is naturally lead to the toxicity of our lives and stop us from unlocking our full potential.

Just take an example, If we buy a new gazette, and we don’t know how to use it, the first step that we take is to spend some time reading its instruction, the same goes for us also, our body and mind are the most fantastic faculties that human beings alone have, but we are so busy fixing the world, that we haven’t paid any attention to this.

As the pandemic offers us the time we must take a look at this human mechanism and how it works if we really want to put ourselves to the best of its use.

If we are strong in our body, focused on our mind, and intense and exuberant in our energy, naturally our body and mind function at its best and that’s all we can do.

Yoga and yogic sciences are the user’s manual and a doorway for our ultimate well-being. Most of us recognized yoga as a hectic process, this is just because they haven’t yet been crushed by the life situations, the one who is crushed by it will definitely know that the only tool for the transformation we have is “yoga”


What is yoga?

Someone sings a song, someone dances, someone writes a book, everything that we do, everything that comes out of us is essentially an expression of who we are, we can only do the things to the extent which we are capable of, yoga in that way is diametrically opposite, it is not an expression. It is a method it is a means, it is the technology through which we can change the very shape of who we really are. Who we are right now, is a certain physical, mental, and energy form, if we want to transform, there is only one way and that is “yoga”

How yoga works?

Essentially, what we refer to like ourselves is a certain energy form. There are 72,000 energy centers in our body, by doing things with the body and mind these energy centers can get activated. This will create a sudden increase in our consciousness. Consciousness and Energies are interrelated terms, once the energy increases, consciousness increases.

And once consciousness came, we don’t need morality to rule society, our humanity will become the front end of our lives.  And that’s how it should be.

For example, if we are fully conscious of, what we are exhaling the trees are inhaling, and what trees are exhaling we are inhaling, then there will be no need to organize any campaign for tree plantation nor there will need to spread awareness for the same. We will naturally plant more and more trees because we are aware of it.

The only real solution to conserve nature is to create a Conscious Planet!

Benefits of Yoga:

1) Health: Health is the most basic but the most important benefit of yoga because without health none of the other aspects of our life means anything to us if we just bring the basic form of yoga into our practice, to remain healthy will become a natural consequence.

2) Balance and Equanimity: If we want to scale the higher peaks of our intelligence then Balance is the fundamental requirement for it. Anything which is standing without a balance may be subjected to various entanglements and troubles, if we want to use our skill and competence in the most suitable way then to be remain balance and equanimity, in every situation, is equally important.

3) Clarity: Confidence is not the substitute for clarity, most of us stick to confidence just because of lack of clarity. But once the Clarity comes we can navigate our lives effortlessly. For eg. If we are crossing a road, confidence can kill us, but if we can see everything just the way it is, we can navigate every situation effortlessly.

4) Joy: Happiness and joy are not something that we should seek in the world; they should become the constant ambiance of our life. If we create the ambiance of happiness every moment of our life, naturally our body and mind function at their best. Also, our ability to use our minds will greatly enhance. This can be proved by shreds of medical evidence.

In this, goal-oriented world if we really want to create something worthwhile which is truly needed to happen, then we must take charge of our own facilities, and shifting our focus from goal to the process is equally important…

For example, if we want a flowering to happen, just by thinking and desiring flowering will not happen. Desires will only set the direction for us, If we take care of proper sunlight, soil, and manure flowering will happen naturally, similarly what we want to create, if we just devoted to the process fully, according to our level of devotion, competence, and skill, success will become the natural consequence of it. 

What we want to do with our life is completely our choice, but living life sensibly this must be the choice of every human being...

And That’s why YOGA!
