Suicide

Värnik claims India's adjusted annual suicide rate is 10.5 per 100,000. while the suicide rate for the world is 11.6 per 100,000.

Though It seems less than the overall world’s suicide rate, but this is a huge Number too!

Suicide was the one of the most common cause of death in both the age groups of 15–29 years and 15–39 years.

The question is why do all these things happen?

Let us First analyse the Suicidal Tendency: -

Stress is considered as the prominent contender when it comes so suicide. In this fastest flowing world, we are always surrounded with many problems, believe me No one is problem free in this world!  When these problems remain unsolved even after tremendous efforts by us, it eventually develops into stress.

Social Distancing (Not in Context with the COVID Condition) is another contender of this list. Social distancing means Isolation from the Society, having introvert nature and love to be alone in life. This results in underdeveloped personality and when such people may have to encounter the Society, we try to do tantrums with them, as this people are not well prepared to encounter and to indulge themselves into the society these people may develop the thought of Suicide.

Marks are also the reason for the suicide of many students. Since our childhood we are judged by our parents, society, and relatives on the basis. The general perception is that if you score good marks, you are successful. Due to this ever-growing myth students are forcefully thrown in the rat race of scoring high marks. If a Student fails to do so, it ultimately develops mental pressure and Develops Suicidal tendency.

Loan is the dominating reason for suicide in the age group 29-39 years. Many times, especially farmers had to take loans to do farming and if they are unable to pay it back…again the Suicidal Tendency develops.

Addition may also lead to suicide.

So…How to Stop is everyone from developing such an Evil Tendency?

Role as an individual: -

·        To avoid Stress Conditions one can, do Meditation, Play Games, talk with your Parents, friends and your well-wishers. This will reduce your stress. Just go for a walk on the footpath and try to look at vehicles and observe that such a busy life everyone has, life full of difficulties and problems, and talk with yourself that “See here I am walking idol, being afraid of such small problems, everyone in this race of life is fighting even under worse condition than me. I must work hard to overcome my Problems.

·        To Develop whole as a good personality, try to survive in the society, make friends, follow the rules of the society.

·        Marks matters just to get admission in a reputed institute, and it has no relation with success. Everyone is different and has distinguishing positives and negatives so believe in yourself and stay away from negativities.

·        When you develop this tendency due to loan…just look at your surroundings, you will find many people having worse condition, worse poverty than you and still struggling with life without accepting the failure.

Role as a Society: -

Society plays an important role in this Issue. Proper guidance should be provided to these people. We should help them to get out of this problem. Society should not develop myths, perceptions, issues which will lead to develop Suicidal tendency.

At the End I have Just One Question for you…. Is Suicidal Tendency Individualistic or Socialistic?

Let me know in the comment section.

Thank you!
